About the Artist

Renee Arabia is currently studying in Ateneo de Manila University. She is a School of Humanities major with the course BFA Information Design. She can be seen walking around campus in shorts with a cute anti-mosquito patch; her nails are never seen entirely nude.

Her artworks always begin hand-drawn. She has a sketchbook filled with her designs in their infant stage. She dabbles in, and is definitely no master in, photography.

She has a list of dreams and goals for herself as an artist. Creating art for a debut album by a band on the rise, and creating cover art for Neil Gaiman are just some of the things in this list. She continues to work hard on her craft in hopes of completing her list.

She is thankful of the blessings that have come her way such as recognition from Gary Pepper Vintage, and designing for Rhiannon Connelly.

Other than her art, she also has a passion for music. In fact, she was a regional contributor for Junk Magazine, a Malaysia-based music-lifestyle magazine, for a little over a year. She loves to dabble with handling events, and, at the same time, enjoys attending gigs. Last but definitely not the least, she is the proud block representative of block E2, class of 2015.
